• No weapons, drugs, or illegal items.

• Overtime and extra add-ons (DJ, massage, Jet Ski, etc.) incur additional fees.
• Guests are liable for any damage caused to the vessel.

• Charters only depart with Harbor Master approval.
• Rain showers are common in the rainy season (Oct–Mar).
• Sea-sickness refunds not available — prevention is advised.
• Captain’s decision is final for guest safety.
